Founded in 2018, Ohoopee Match Club was designed by Gil Hanse, drawing inspiration from classic courses to create a layout that emphasizes strategy and shot-making over length. Unique to Ohoopee are the Half-Par holes, which force players to weigh the risks and rewards of each shot. The club also features the “Whiskey Routing,” which omits holes two through five and replaces them with alternate holes, creating a par-69, 5,610-yard course as opposed to the standard 7,319-yard, par-72 championship layout
